It is 57% of the stock HP of 18,150 – a difference probably accounted for by masteries. My actual heals are 10,484, which is only 21% of my total max HP.
Total HP from the stock champion is 18,150. My PK is fully booked and at lvl 53 at the moment. The second proviso is that the final multiplier seems only to apply to the max HP of the stock champion, not including additional HP added by artifacts like a level 16 HP % chest plate, etc. Instead they only increase the 15% by 5% =. First, the healing books don’t seem to change 15% to 20%, 25%, etc. I am juicing this champion up with HP to use in FW but it seems that there are two provisos.
